Bank of America Top Rated for Online Loan Service

Car loanBank of America Merrill Lynch has been honored for having the top online customer service website for auto financing.
The financial giant’s eLending site was rated No. 1 by Auto Finance News, a leading industry publication. Bank of America beat rivals among the nation’s top 20 auto finance companies for the honor.
Auto Finance News praised a confirmation e-mail sent by Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an example of good service. The e-mail informed buyers that the bank would research an answer and respond within 24 hours.
“The e-mail created a sense of urgency for the request,” a report by Auto Finance News stated. Bank of America  Merrill Lynch also achieved the highest possible score for response speed.
Bank of America’s eLending is part of the bank’s Dealer Financial Services unit. It is a direct-to-consumer online channel that provides customers with information and resources for buying or refinancing an auto, RV or boat.
Bank of America Merrill Lynch, which is the bank’s global marketing name, is one of the largest providers of commercial and retail financing for vehicle and boat dealers in the U.S., with more than 10,000 dealer clients and nearly $50 billion in consumer and commercial loans.
