Confident Chevrolet Offers 60-Day, Money-Back Guarantee

Chevrolet is feeling so confident about its new lineup and increased sales that it’s offering a money-back, 60-day guarantee, as long as customers return vehicles with less than 4,000 miles driven and no damage.
The so-called new “Love It or Return It” program goes further than anything offered in the automobile industry for consumers who may be disappointed with their new car or truck.
Buyers can get refunds if they return their 2012 or 2013 vehicles for any reason. The guarantee lasts for up to 60 days from the date of purchase, and the offer ends Sept. 4.
“Research has shown customers respond positively to the confidence companies demonstrate with programs like this and appreciate the peace of mind that comes with knowing they have the option of being able to return their vehicle,” said Chris Perry, Chevrolet global vice president of marketing.
The leading General Motors brand, Chevrolet sold 4.76 million vehicles globally in 2011, setting a sales record. It is on track to match that figure in 2012, with its record first-quarter global sales of 1.18 million vehicles.
