The maker of these tiny $22,500 home claims it has everything a modern apartment has to offer, plus its own garden.
The entrepreneurs behind Oregon-based Shelter Wise started making the 96-square-foot mini house after they saw a big demand for the prototype.
The home boasts a double bed, kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a mini tub. It has a fold-down “green roof” which acts as a mini garden.
It even has a skylight that lets its occupants stargaze from bed. It was initially built as an instructional model for workshop students learning how to build a tiny home.
But Shelter Wise said the design was so popular it decided to start selling it.
By the way, it’s called the Salsa Box.
The firm describes the house as a “A 96 sq. ft. instant cabin designed to be an efficient, durable and budget-friendly Tiny Home.”
